For e tendering, Digital Signature Class requirements depends upon Tender Issuing
Authority. Some need Class 2 and few needs Class 3 with Encryption ( also knownas Class 3 Combo) works in all tenders seamlessly without any problem. We suggest our clients to buy Class 3 Combo to avoid any problem in Tendering.
For Provident Fund, requirement is Class 2 Signature Organization or Above.
Income Tax, ROC (MCA)
For Income Tax and Director’s in company, requirement is Class 2 Individual or Class 2 Organization Digital Signature.
Professionals, including doctors, lawyers and
chartered accountants, earning over Rs 10 lakh annually will be required to file income tax returns electronically.
For Trademark, Class 3 Individual Digital Signature is requirement so if you are a Trade mark consultant or want to apply for Trademark online, you need a Class 3 Individual Digital Signature.
High Court Filling
High Court of Delhi has been made filing of documents by advocates compulsory through portal and using Digital Signature. An Advocate can do online filing by using Class 3 Individual Digital Signature.
